FIFTH GRADE TEACHER
Taught fifth grade Science and English Language Arts (ELA) courses within a blended learning environment. Contributed leadership as a member of multiple committees: District Curriculum Writing Team, Diversity Taskforce, MTSS, and School Leadership Team. Appointed as the Grade Level Representative for Science and ELA. Provided insights towards the development of the district to close achievement gaps. Developed the District Pacing Guide (curriculum map) and witnessed improvements in individual test scores for the 2017-2018 calendar year.
September 2015 - August 2016
READING COACH
Created a K-4 curriculum literacy program:Â benchmarks, pacing guides, assessments, and testing criteria. Developed a comprehensive plan that summarized the objectives of the program, ensuring all state compliance requirements were addressed. Facilitated professional development workshops for teachers. By the duration of the project, the student body met all program growth requirements.

GRADUATE ASSISTANT
Within the Early Childhood Online Fast Track Program successfully implemented the syllabus, interpreted classroom assignments, and graded work based upon rubrics to support adult learners. Delivered timely feedback to assess student performance.
